My lipstick collection

Today I'm going to talk about my lipsticks. Yes, you heard it right, lipsticks.

It's all about my lipstick collection.

I'm not really a girl who wears a lot of make up or has a lot of make up but if it's about lipstick, I'm there! Yes, I like lipsticks a lot. They can give such a powerful touch on your outfit!

For example, if you wear something black with a jeans jacket, you can make it look really cool with a nice pare of big silver earrings and a dark or red lip. But if you want to keep it classy you can choose for some gold little earrings with maybe a little diamonds, a fine gold necklace and pink lips.

You can do so much with lipstick, you can't imagine!

But what lipsticks do I have in my beautycase? Lets see ...

Mac cosmetics (matte) - pink plaid

The first one I'm going to talk about is this baby here, my Mac lipstick.

This is the only one that I have from Mac. This lipstick is very pigmented. I love the colour so so much! I think this is the colour that fits me the best. However everyone talks very positive about the Mac lipsticks, I think they are really hard to apply. They don't go on very smooth.

The lipstick does stay long on your lips, maybe because it's a harder lipstick. I don't know.

Overall it's a really good product! Only that apply thing is a minus.

I still love Mac.

KIKO milano - Velvet passion matte lipstick - 315 Mauve

This lipstick is almost the same colour as the Mac one. I think this one is a little bit darker.

The Kiko Milano lipstick goes on really well. It gives you nice even lips but the lipstick doesn't last very long. I mostly take this lipstick with me in my pure to touch up my lips when my Mac lipstick is fading.

The case of the lipstick is super handy! It has a magnet at the bottom to close the lipstick.

It's a lot stronger than the regular cases. So easier to put in your purse.

I use the lipstick the most to touch up but sometimes it's just that of a better colour.

This lipstick was just more affordable than the pink plaid lipstick of Mac.

Hema - soft matt lipbalm - nr 09 (donker roze/dark pink)

This is not really a real lipstick. It's more of a lipbalm but very very veeeeery pigmented! I swear it's so pigmented! You may not go outside the lines of your lips or you will see it the whole day/night!

Or you must have a make-up remover that works really well or you have to give the area around your lips an extra layer of foundation.

Because it's a lipbalm and not a lipstick the colour is quickly gone. I think this lipstick is more a lipstick to wear for receptions or to wear if you go drink something with friends. I think this lipstick can't handle the food.

The lipbalm has a fall colour and I think you could wear it best in that season.

With this lipstick you can go to a cosy cafe to drink some coffee and talk with friends.

NYX - soft matte lip cream - London & Amsterdam

Over to the liquid lipsticks!

We will start by the NYX soft lip creams. I have two of them!

The first one that I bought was the colour London (on the right). I bought the lipstick on the webshop of Douglas. That wasn't a clever idea. When they delivered the lipstick I was super excited! But when I opened it, the lipstick was all dry out. I can apply it, and there comes something off but not much.

So yes, that wasn't so funny.

The second one I bought was Amsterdam. (The red one) I really love the colour!

This one I bought in the NYX store in Antwerp and noticed the difference directly.

He wasn't dry at all. The red lip cream was smooth and went easily on my lips.

There is one thing notable of this lipsticks and that was that you can't feel them while wearing.

You can't feel that you have lipstick on! I really love that! They're also really long lasting!

NYX - Lingerie liquid lipstick - confident

Another NYX liquid lipstick. This time it isn't a lipcream but a lipstick of the lingerie line.

This lipstick is again fantastic! It is very pigmented and does dry really quick!

I don't know if you noticed it but I'm a huge fan of the liquid lipsticks from NYX.

There not expensive and are really good! I recommend this lipsticks to everyone!

The difference with this lipstick is that you do feel him on your lips.

The lipcreams not. It's not that he's sticky or something but it's a thicker layer than the lipcream.

I don't think that that's a problem because I don't mind if I feel that I have lipsticks on my lips.

Kiko Milano - double touch liquid - 101

We're almost there! This is another Kiko Milano lipstick, only this time it's a liquid one!

This lipstick has two different sides.

One side had a matte liquid lipstick (in the colour 101) and the other side had a transparent lipgloss.

You can use the lipstick as matt lipstick and also as a lipgloss.

If you want the lipgloss you have to apply the matt lipstick first and next you apply the transparent gloss.

I personally think this is my least good lipstick. The lipstick does not dry fast and when it has finally dried it's super sticky.

A tip I can give you against sticky lipsticks is that you have to put a little powder on top of the lipstick.

You can use a matt eyeshadow or a matt blush to let the matt effect stay, but you can also use a shiny eyeshadow to create a metallic lipstick effect.

Pupa - glitter lipgloss

This is the last one!

I bought this lipgloss last summer in Italy. I saw this glitter lips trent in Elle and Vogue so I had to buy this lipstick to go along with the trend. I also love glitter.

I really like this one! I wear this lipgloss mostly over another lipstick.

This lipgloss and my mac lipstick is a lovely combination!

This was my lipstick collection! No boyfriend, these aren't markers :).

If I have to choose one as my favorite I think I'll stick with my pink plaid mac lipstick.

Yeah, still the best, aren't they?
